In the national capital, the Anand Vihar station also reported "severe" air quality with PM 2.5 at 411 and PM 10 at 410, according to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).

Aya Nagar: PM 2.5 at 416 and PM 10 at 440, both in the 'severe' category, while CO was at 126 in the 'moderate' category, as per the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).

In response to the deteriorating air quality, schools were shut down, and non-essential construction activities were prohibited.

The AQI at Dhirpur entered into "severe" category with PM 2.5 at 342, under "very poor" category. Experts said that the air quality may also remain in a very poor category on Monday. AQI between zero and 50 is considered 'good', 51 and 100 'satisfactory', 101 and 200 'moderate', 201 and 300 'poor', 301 and 400 'very poor', and 401 and 500 'severe'.

Justice Tushar Rao Gedela passed the order after having it reserved on Monday, and said that he is not inclined to pass any favourable orders.

"We have bolstered our presence at key locations and are maintaining constant vigilance to prevent any untoward incidents," said a senior police official. 

Saxena noted that a prima facie case is made out against Roy and Dr. Hussain, the former Professor, International Law, Central University of Kashmir for commission of offence under sections 153A, 153B and 505 of Indian Penal Code for their speeches at a public function in the national capital.

The video doing rounds on social media seems to be recorded near the Red Fort, the official said.

These incidents involved four women employed at a mental health unit within the Sewa Kutir complex in Kingsway Camp, where Khakha was stationed as a superintendent. The complainants, who worked on contract for a non-governmental organisation (NGO), were assigned to the mental health unit at that time.
