Both leaders Bhardwaj and Atishi were sworn in as ministers in Delhi Cabinet on Thursday. Delhi Lt Governor V.K. The new ministers have been inducted after Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and Health Minister Satyendar Jain resigned last week. Atishi has been allotted the portfolios of Education, PWD, Power and Tourism, while Bharadwaj has been assigned the responsibility of Health, Water and Industries and Urban Development.

Kavitha is also one of the representatives of the South Group which allegedly paid kickbacks of Rs 100 crore to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders. According to a source, she might be confronted with the Hyderabad-based businessman Arun Pillai --also from the South Group -- who was arrested on Tuesday.

Special Judge M.K. Nagpal of the Rouse Avenue Courts ordered: "An application to send the accused to judicial custody has been filed. It is submitted that the police custody is no longer required and the same may be sought later, if required. In view of the submission made, the accused is sent to judicial custody till March 20."

Sachdeva urged Lt. Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena to seek a report from the Education Department on the "massive rigging" and to give orders for action against Sisodia, who was the education minister, and departmental officials. "The Kejriwal government has misused the OBC quota in guest teacher recruitment to recruit AAP party workers, and educational qualifications were relaxed in hundreds of cases," the BJP leader alleged.

Sibal on Saturday had announced that he will launch a website, titled 'Insaf ke Sipahi', to help citizens fight against injustice and appealed to the opposition Chief Ministers and parties to help him in the initiative. "This is an important initiative of Kapil Sibal Saheb. I appeal everyone to join this initiative and we all together will fight against injustice," Kejriwal tweeted in Hindi.
