According to Delhi Police sources, the two persons, who created a lapse from the visitor’s gallery of Lok Sabha causing a big security scare in the House on the 22nd anniversary of 2001 Parliament Attack, have been identified as Sagar Sharma and Manoranjan.

Authorities are determining whether the individuals caught inside and outside Parliament are linked. The incident, involving slogans and the use of colored smoke flares, is not believed to be connected to a terror attack. A forensic science laboratory team is examining the smoke flares for further investigation.

Yadav is the 19th CM of Madhya Pradesh, succeeding Shivraj Singh Chouhan, who served for over 16 years. The BJP secured 163 out of 230 assembly seats in the state, while the Congress, which won 114 seats in 2018, reduced to 66. The BJP has been in power in Madhya Pradesh since 2003, with Chouhan leading for most of that period.

The security lapse coincided with the 22nd anniversary of the 2001 Parliament Attack. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other MPs had earlier paid tribute to the attack's victims. The police are investigating the separate incidents.

Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi highlighted the release of foul-smelling gas, questioning the security of the new Parliament building. Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to the 2001 attack victims earlier.

He demanded the restoration of PoK, referencing an earlier bipartisan resolution on this matter. Chowdhury cautioned against distorting history and mentioned historical events involving Shyama Prasad Mukherjee's role in Bengal's government in 1941. 

Highlighting his commitment to social justice for all communities, Shivakumar endorsed the Congress's initiative and reaffirmed his role as a leader representing OBC communities.

The unanimous Supreme Court verdict upheld the abrogation of Article 370, directing the government to hold Assembly elections in Jammu & Kashmir by September 2024.

Regarding Nehru, Gandhi highlighted the sacrifices made by India's first Prime Minister and criticized Shah for distorting historical facts to suit his narrative.

The Abdullah and Mufti families, traditional political powerhouses in the region, have faced challenges to their influence, especially after the abrogation of Article 370 in 2019, as confirmed by the Supreme Court's recent unanimous verdict. The court has also directed the government to conduct Assembly elections in Jammu & Kashmir by September 2024.
