The Special Cell probes potential collaborators beyond the initial suspects. Lalit Jha, labeled the key planner, secured a seven-day police custody to unveil the depth of the conspiracy and recover crucial evidence.

Aich, a college student and reportedly associated with Jha, was interrogated by West Bengal Police. Initial details reveal the coaching center's rundown condition in an isolated area, visited by local children.

Delhi Police sought a 15-day remand, stressing Jha's role in unraveling the plot. They labeled the accused as terrorists, citing a planned attack to incite fear. Charges under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and Indian Penal Code were filed.

According to his sister, Sagar returned to Lucknow in August after a two-year stay in Bengaluru, details of his work there remaining unknown.

In the ongoing investigation, Vicky Sharma and his wife, Rakhi, were detained in Gurugram's Sector-7, while a search for Lalit Jha continued, suspected of possessing the accused's phones and fleeing Parliament.

The police have increased security in the area. Six individuals were involved in the breach, with five arrested, and one, Lalit Jha, still at large, reportedly absconding with the mobile phones of the other accused from the Parliament premises.

Communication through Instagram persisted for over a year, indicating long-term coordination. Investigations are underway to determine if external directives were involved.

Four surrendered their phones to Lalit Jha, who fled, implying he too received instructions. One protester shouted anti-establishment slogans upon entering the Lok Sabha.

According to government sources, for the special Parliament session, rehearsal was done for one day in the old building and two days in the new building. 

Ajay Bhatt also said that the government promotes participation of MSMEs and startups for development of defence technology under various schemes like Innovations for Defence Excellence (iDEX), Technology Development Fund (TDF), and 'Make' procedure under Defence Acquisition Procedure (DAP) 2020.
