Rahul Gandhi, a prominent figure within the Congress, took a decisive stance against the BJP-led government's handling of the recent Parliament security breach. He attributed the unsettling incident to deeper-rooted issues of unemployment and inflation prevailing across the nation.
Speaking to the press at the Congress headquarters in this interaction, the Wayanad MP didn't mince words as he criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi and emphasized that governmental policies were directly responsible for the escalating unemployment rates in India.
"The pervasive unemployment crisis within the country is undeniable. The Modi administration's policies have severely limited the employment prospects for our youth," he asserted. "This breach incident highlights the repercussions of rampant unemployment and inflation."
The startling breach occurred on December 13 when two individuals infiltrated the Lok Sabha, leaping from the visitor's gallery and releasing yellow smoke gas.
As investigations unfold, the Delhi Police have apprehended a total of five individuals thus far in connection with this disconcerting incident.
