Delhi's AQI remains in 'very poor' category

According to the System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting And Research (SAFAR), the overall air quality of Delhi was recorded at 304. However, the air quality of the city is likely to improve from Tuesday onwards. Both the major pollutants PM 2.5 and PM 10 were recorded at 304 in the very poor category and 183 at moderate category in the city on Monday.

Two more men involved in Anjali death case, says Delhi Police

Police said that both the accused, Ashutosh and Ankush Khanna, were absconding and police teams were searching for them. Addressing a press conference here, Sagar Preet Hooda, the Special Commissioner of Police (law and order), said that during the interrogation of the five accused several contradictions were found. It was also detected that two more men were also involved. The police have arrested five persons, who were in the car when the incident took place. They have been identified as Deepak Khanna, Amit Khanna, Krishan, Mitthu and Manoj Mittal
At 2.2, Delhi records coldest day of season

The weather stations at Lodhi Road, Ayanagar and Ridge recorded the minimum temperatures of 2.8 degrees Celsius, 2.2 degrees Celsius and 2.8 degrees Celsius, respectively. It predicted that cold day to severe cold day conditions in many pockets are very likely over Uttar Pradesh during next 5 days and in isolated or some pockets over Punjab, and Haryana during next 3 days, and cold day conditions in isolated pockets over north Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh during next 2-3 days. Delhi air quality dips to very poor category

The AQI at Dhirpur entered into a severe category with PM 2.5 at 324, under a 'very poor' category. Experts said that the air quality may also remain in a very poor category on Friday. The AQI between zero and 50 is considered good, 51 and 100 satisfactory, 101 and 200 moderate, 201 and 300 poor, 301 and 400 very poor, and 401 and 500 severe. In Pusa, the AQI recorded PM 2.5 at 318 very poor category.
