Mercedes-Benz India launches seventh generation of S-Class

The new vehicle is launched in two variants - Diesel S 400d 4MATIC and Petrol S 450 4MATIC - with more than half of the 150 units of the 'CBU Launch Edition' being booked before the flagship's India debut. According to the company, the 'S 400d 4MATIC' is priced at Rs 2.17 crore and 'S 450 4MATIC' comes for Rs 2.19 crore.
TVS Motor launches TVS iQube Electric at Rs 1.15L in Chennai

In a statement the company said it has launched its electric scooter TVS iQube Electric, an urban scooter powered by an advanced electric drivetrain at a price of Rs 115,218. TVS iQube Electric is equipped with a 4.4 kW electric motor and has a maximum speed of 78 kmph and traverses 75 kms with a full charge.
Honda launches '2021 Gold Wing Tour' bike in India, price starts from Rs 37 lakh

The 2021 Gold Wing Tour is being offered in two variants -- Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) with airbag and Manual Transmission. The bike is powered by a 1,833cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke 24-valve SOHC flat-6 engine which produces peak power of 93kW@5,500rpm and peak torque of 170Nm@4,500rpm. The company opened the bookings on Wednesday and said the deliveries will commence by July.

The Model S Plaid starts at $130,000 after a recent $10,000 price increase this week. The company is claiming 0-60 mph in 1.99 seconds, quarter-mile in 9.23 seconds, and a 200 mph top speed, The Verge reported on Friday. "To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time that there has been a production electric motor with a carbon over-wrapped rotor," the CEO was quoted as saying during the presentation.
