A day will come when sun will set on dynastic politics': PM Modi after BJP's massive win in Assembly polls

Five States - Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Goa, Manipur- will get new governments today. The voters of these states sealed the fate of the candidates in the recent elections and their decision will be declared today. Most of the exit polls have predicted BJP governments in UP and Manipur, AAP govt in Punjab while neck-to-neck fight in Uttarakhand.

Assembly Election Results 2022: As it happned

11:30pm: #UttarakhandAssemblyelectionsResults | BJP confirmed its return to power in Uttarakhand, with the party bagging 47 seats in the 70-member Assembly, according to the Election Commission website.

6:45pm: Union Home Minister and BJP leader Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and  BJP national president JP Nadda arrives at BJP Headquarters in Delhi. The party emerged victorious in Goa, Manipur, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.
