Ajay Rai, the Uttar Pradesh Congress President, reiterated the Gandhi family's commitment to the people of Amethi across generations and expressed assurance that Rahul Gandhi would indeed contest from this seat in the upcoming 2024 polls.

Expressing his vision on a platform, Rahul Gandhi highlighted, "A Congress triumph will herald the golden age of ‘Prajala Telangana’.

Addressing the media before his scheduled appearances at three public meetings in Rajasthan, Gandhi emphasized the party's unity despite any appearance of discord, asserting that the Congress is united and will remain so, foreseeing a victorious sweep in the elections.

Speaking at an election rally in Vidisha, Rahul Gandhi alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan conspired to topple the Congress government.

Sharing the video on X handle, the Congress leader said, "Fear is an illusion of the mind! Know closely the secret of 'Don't be afraid' from 'Mouni' Baba in Kedarnath, and his years of penance.”

Rahul Gandhi attributed the perceived failure to the administration of the BRS government and the BJP, asserting that their approach has proven inadequate in addressing the needs of the people in the southern state.

"Demonetisation was a well thought out conspiracy to destroy employment, to stop the income of workers, to eliminate small businesses, to harm farmers, to break the unorganised economy," Rahul Gandhi wrote on X.

In this latest list, the party has opted not to field six sitting MLAs. The decision was made following a meeting of the Central Election Committee (CEC), chaired by party chief Mallikarjun Kharge, for the second consecutive day to finalize the candidates.

Addressing an election rally at Kollapur in undivided Mahabubnagar district, he said the piers of the project were sinking and collapsing.
