In the video, Rahul Gandhi engages in a conversation with Mouni Baba during his visit to Kedarnath. When Rahul asks how long Mouni Baba has been sitting there, Mouni Baba gestures that he has taken a vow of silence for 11 years. Upon questioning the reason for this vow, Mouni Baba writes that it is known by Baba Kedar (Lord Shiva).

Rahul Gandhi inquires about the changes Mouni Baba has witnessed during these 11 years of silence, and Mouni Baba responds in writing, stating that Baba Kedar is aware of it. Mouni Baba mentions in his notebook that Rahul Gandhi's visit is not of his own accord but due to the blessings of Baba Kedar.

Asking if Rahul would like to eat something, Mouni Baba receives a positive response. Rahul calls his sister, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, and shares that Baba doesn't speak, emphasizing that he is not affiliated with any particular place and is not going anywhere.

Another person in the tent comments that ego and anger naturally subside with silence. Rahul Gandhi concurs while partaking in the offered bread, and the other person adds that attachments are challenging to relinquish, as everyone is connected to something or someone in the world.

Rahul Gandhi again arrives at the place of Mouni Baba next morning and Baba writes in his notebook and says Lord Kedar's blessing are with you... keep on moving ahead. The Mouni Baba then says that Rahul Gandhi is the name of the body.

Mouni Baba then writes on the paper that fear is an illusion of mind.
