Prashant Kishor meets Rahul Gandhi, Punjab polls on agenda?

There is no official word regarding the meeting, at which Congress General Secretary K.C. Venugopal was also present, but sources say Punjab elections were discussed and a possible equation was on the table as Kishor has been advising Chief Minister Amarinder Singh on key political issues. When the Punjab Chief Minister was in Delhi to meet interim party chief Sonia Gandhi, he had also met Kishor.
Number of ministers increased, but not of vaccines: Rahul

Rahul Gandhi tweeted, "The number of ministers has increased, but not of vaccines" and questioned, "Where Are Vaccines". He also tagged a gfx along with his tweet which said India needs to go at vaccination rate of about 80 lakh per day to target 60 per cent of population with both doses by December 2021. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on June 7 expanded his cabinet and council of ministers.

In a tweet in Hindi, Rahul Gandhi said, "Inflation continues to grow. 'Acche din' is heavy on the country. Prime Minister's accountability only towards his friends." He tweeted with the hashtag #PNG #CNGPriceHike. The natural gas supplier increased CNG prices by 90 paise per kg while PNG prices were raised by Rs 1.25 per SCM (standard cubic metre).

Sidhu finally meets Rahul Gandhi

The meeting lasted for an hour but Sidhu, who had tweeted his photo with Priyanka Gandhi, was tight-lipped about what transpired, and neither did the Congress make an official statement. Sources, however, that a solution is being worked on to defuse the tension between the two factions. Ahead of the meeting with Sidhu, Rahul Gandhi had met Priyanka Gandhi and party chief Sonia Gandhi.
Rahul slams Modi govt over fuel price hike

His remarks came a day after petrol prices were hiked by 31 to 35 paise while diesel by 26 to 30 paise on June 29, taking the fuel prices across the country to a historic high.
Rahul Gandhi says no meeting with Sidhu

Rahul Gandhi stepped outside his house to talk to reporters but when he was asked he denied any such meeting. He said, "No meeting." However there is no word from Sidhu's side. It was expected that Rahul will give a peace formula to the former cricketer on his ongoing tussle with Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh but there was no meeting.
