The source said that Sisodia will be produced by 2 p.m. on Saturday. The sources have also claimed that they would further seek the custodial remand of Sisodia. The CBI sources have claimed that the former Aam Aadmi Party Minister was still evasive and was not cooperating. The central probe agency sources said that in January they seized a computer from the office of Sisodia.
Sisodia moves Delhi court seeking bail in liquor policy case

Special Judge M.K. Nagpal on Monday sent Sisodia to the custody of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for five days. The custody ends on March 4. The probe agency arrested Sisodia on February 26 after eight hours of questioning. Sisodia had moved the Supreme Court challenging his arrest by the CBI on Tuesday.

After Sisodia and Satyendar Jain resigned as ministers on Tuesday, Kejriwal had sent a proposal to allot eight portfolios to Gahlot and ten to Anand. Out of 18 departments with Sisodia, the responsibilities for eight, including Finance and PWD, have been assigned to Gahlot and other ten, including Education and Health, have been assigned to Anand.

Out of 18 departments that Sisodia was leading, the responsibilities of eight departments, including Finance and PWD, have been given to Gahlot, while the remaining ten departments that includes Education and Health have been assigned to Anand. After jailed ministers' resignation, Delhi to get two new ministers

Aam Aadmi Party spokesperson Saurabh Bhardway said that there is a small cabinet in Delhi which includes six ministers apart from chief minister. Most of the important portfolios were held by these two ministers, who have resigned, in that case two ministers will join the cabinet soon, he said.
