A bench of Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma said that Sisodia was not able to meet the twin conditions for grant of bail under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), and the triple test for grant of bail.

During their last attempt to meet, Sisodia couldn't see his wife as she had to be hospitalized in Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital due to her deteriorating condition. The court has also instructed the media not to be present during his visit to meet his wife, as media personnel had previously attempted to speak to him.

A bench of Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma said that the court finds it tough to grant interim bail to the AAP leader, who has serious allegations on him in the matter. The court finds it very difficult to persuade to release the petitioner on interim bail for six weeks, Justice Sharma said.

The Delhi High Court had granted Sisodia permission to meet his wife from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday. Sisodia reached his house at around 10 a.m. He did not speak to the media as per the court's direction and went straight inside the residence. But, Seema Sisodia was already taken to the hospital.

According to the High Court order, Sisodia can meet his wife from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. tomorrow. Sisodia has been directed not to interact with the media in any manner and not to meet anyone else except his family. Furthermore, it has instructed Sisodia to stay away from cell phones and the internet.

The CBI had recently filed its first supplementary charge sheet in the case in which Sisodia, along with others, has been made accused. The court has taken cognizance of the charge sheet. Sisodia was brought to the lock up of the court room from where he was produced before the judge through video conferencing.

During Thursday's hearing as well, the AAP leader was produced before the Rouse Avenue Court through video conferencing after the Delhi Police's request. This was however, opposed by Sisodia and his counsel.

The sources said that the old draft cabinet note was causing hindrance in pursuing Sisodia's ulterior motives including providing assistance to the South Group, and hence it was allegedly destroyed.

The source said Sisodia was only using WhatsApp, while Sharma was using the regular cell phone number "This SIM was inserted into another cell phone that was in Sharma's possession. Later, Sharma might have shared the OTP (One Time Password) with Sisodia so that he could use this as his WhatsApp number.

Manish Sisodia, through his letter which is written in Hindi, draws attention to the consequences of neglecting the education of the less fortunate, asserting that denying education to the impoverished not only perpetuates inequality but also fuels a vicious cycle of hatred and violence.
