"In all these years in the industry, I have never done a screen test. When I learnt that (director) Amit (Kumar) wanted to do a screen test for my character in Calcutta, I first avoided it as I have always had a phobia of auditions. Later, I gathered my strength and somehow decided to do it.

The Rob Savage-directed horror flick "Host" is all set to release on OTT on May 7. The found footage horror film was shot completely during lockdown last year. The English language film will release in India across four languages, including subsequent release later in May in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
