PM Modi Exposes Congress Leader's Black Money Stash in Servant's Residence

Responding to the Enforcement Directorate’s operations in Jharkhand, he highlighted that the ED uncovered stacks of cash from the domicile of the Congress minister’s personal secretary’s servant.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi asserted on Monday that a Congress leader in Jharkhand had transformed their servant’s residence into a hub of illicit funds.

Responding to the Enforcement Directorate’s operations in Jharkhand, he highlighted that the ED uncovered stacks of cash from the domicile of the Congress minister’s personal secretary’s servant.

Speaking at an NDA election rally, he questioned why substantial sums of money are unearthed from individuals associated with the Congress's top echelons.

“Congress and INDI alliance members vehemently protest against the ED. But why? The nation is witnessing. The ED has unearthed piles of cash in Jharkhand,” he remarked.

The PM reminded the audience that such incidents were not isolated cases and cited the example of a few months ago when a colossal amount was found to be in the hands of a Congress MLA. "The sheer volume of cash is such that even counting machines tire out," he quipped.

He appealed to the 'shahezada' (prince) of Congress to explain if the money found was for distribution elsewhere and whether such cachets of illegal funds across the country were in the hands of the first family.

“Whenever Modi seizes their ill-gotten gains, they hurl abuses. Yet, Modi remains undeterred by the verbal assaults. His concern lies with the impoverished, whose funds are siphoned off by the corrupt,” he asserted.

Additionally, the Prime Minister disclosed that he is seeking legal counsel on the appropriate means to return the confiscated funds to their rightful owners.

“The ED alone has thus far attached assets worth Rs 1.25 lakh crore. When considering the total sum, it amounts to several lakh crores seized,” he claimed.

He affirmed that he has already returned Rs 17,000 crore to the rightful claimants and assured that the rights of the underprivileged would be safeguarded.
