The Official NTA Calendar says, the NEET UG 2023 Examination is scheduled to be held on 7th of May 2023 whereas earlier the registration was scheduled to take place between the 2nd week of January to Last week of February. However, the registration has not started yet.

The Subject and Date wise schedule of the UGC NET December 2022 [ Phase I, 57 Subjects] Examination to be held on 21st, 22nd, 23rd & 24th of February 2023 is available on the official website. A Total of 57 subjects’ examination would be organized by the NTA while the exam schedule and name of the rest of the subjects would be announced in due course.

According to the official release, the candidates who have scored at least 75% marks in the 12th class examination or have been in the top 20 percentile will also be eligible for the admission in the National Institute of Technology (NITs), Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIITs) and the other Centrally Funded Technical Institute (CFTIs) whom admissions are based on the JEE Main Ranks.

According to the NTA, they have been receiving a few representations from the applicants for fixing the last date to calculate the age limit to apply for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). The Official notice says that “The National Eligibility Test (NET) Bureau of University Grants Commission (UGC) (vide Letter No.4- 1/2019 (NET/NTA) dated 02 January 2023) has requested the NTA to fix the upper age limit for applying for JRF as 01.12.2022 instead of 01.02.2023”. 

According to the schedule released by UGC Chief, CUET-PG examination will be organized from 1st of June till 10th of June 2023. M. Jagadesh Kumar Tweeted “Great opportunity for students to try for admission to multiple universities in post-graduate programmes using the CUET-PG score”.

Applicants should know that the JNUEE admit card would not be sent by post so the NTA Advises them to keep a copy saved with them in proper condition for future reference. According to the notification, students can challenge the provisional DUET answer key 2022, if they are not satisfied with the answer. However, a sum of Rs 200 per question challenged, needs to be paid as a non-refundable processing fee. The Challenges will be accepted only through the website. Candidates can raise their objections till 5 PM of November 11 and have time till 11:50 pm of November 11 to make payment for the objections.
