The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the provisional answer keys, followed by the final answer key of Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main) 2023 session, based on which results will be prepared.
The JEE Main qualifying cut-off (as per NTA percentile score) for JEE Advanced 2023 would be 80 to 92 for general category applicants, according to experts, as quoted by different media reports.
The cut-off is expected to be 63 to 68 for the EWS (Economically Weaker Section) category, and for the OBC-NCL (Other Backward Class-Non-Creamy Layer) category applicants, the cut-off is expected to be 66-70. The cut-off is expected to be 25 to 27 for SC (Scheduled Caste) category applicants.
In the JEE Main Session 1, the expected cut-off for general category students was 88 to 89, for EWS category 63 to 65, for OBC 66 to 67, for SC students 42 to 45, and for ST category candidates 25-27. The official answer key is expected to be released soon, and after that, the applicants would be provided with the option to raise objections against it. Based on those objections, the testing agency would prepare the final answer key, and after that, they will prepare the JEE Main 2023 results.

After the JEE Main 2023, the successful students will have the option to register for the JEE Advance 2023, and the examination is scheduled to be held on 4th June. Paper 1 would be held from 9 am till 12 pm, whereas paper 2 would be held from 2:30 pm till 5:30 pm on the same day.
