Priti Nandan Kamat, a girl from Mumbai secured the first position amongst 53,950 students with a score of 388/700.  Arjun Mehra from Delhi secured the first position in the new course amongst 1,07,215 students with a score of 674/800. The second and third positions were secured by Mahin Naim from Delhi and Sudeepta Benya from Bangalore with scores of 635/800 and 624/800, respectively.

The final results for NEET-UG 2021 will be prepared based on the final answer key. The final results won't be changed or re-evaluated once released. As per the NEET qualifying criteria, the merit list or All India Rank will be prepared by NTA.

All candidates who appeared for the NEET examinations and qualified in the National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted examinations are eligible for the all India quota medical counseling sessions. The counseling process will be held in online mode in two rounds which will be followed by a mop-up round. 

The examination will be held on November 28, 2021. The candidates are given an option to choose six test cities across India and the examination is being held in 159 cities from all over the country. The official website of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad informs that the students can now choose Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir) as a preferred city for CAT 2021".

According to the official website ( https://neet.nta.nic.in/), the phase 2 registrations will will commence before the NEET UG 2021 Results are declared. The National Testing Agency (NTA)  has shared a list of data that includes all information that will be required for the phase 2 registration, it has also been posted on the official site..

The medico has been identified as Dr. Osama Shahid and the other person is Abhay Kumar Mehta, said the police on Wednesday. This comes after an inter-state gang of solvers was busted during NEET exam-2021 in the Sarnath area on Monday. The medico and his accomplice were arrested from the Pandeypur crossing on Tuesday.

Surprisingly, these accused confirmed to police officials that they too were 'working hard' since the last one year to zero in on the dummy candidates. It was a hard task to find such candidates who could take the test and help the real candidates crack the exam, they revealed during interrogation. The police arrested this 10-member gang a few hours before the start of the NEET exam on Sunday.

Both the students of Victor Convent School in Morena district of Madhya Pradesh prepared together for the IPCC (Integrated Professional Competency Course) and CA (Chartered Accountants) final. "Our strategy has been simple - we support each other but we critique even more. When we solve a question paper, he checks my answers and I check his. There were times when I lost hope but my brother helped me throughout that phase," said Nandini.

Many students reportedly found the paper moderately difficult. A total of 16.14 lakh students registered for the examination and a total of around 16 lakh candidates appeared for the test. This year the examinations were conducted on September 12 from 2 pm to 5 pm in offline mode.

The DMK led by its President Stalin had come to power in the state promising that it would cancel NEET. This is the second time a bill for such a purpose is being tabled in the Assembly. A similar bill was passed by the assembly during the AIADMK regime which did not get the President's assent.
