Vulgar message flashes on LED display board in Bihar's Bhagalpur
The LED display screen was installed at Ambedkar Chowk near Bhagalpur railway station which flashed a vulgar content on Monday. Soon, a large number of people assembled there with some capturing the message on mobile phones and circulating it on social media. The district administration of Bhagalpur immediately swung into action and removed the display board and message.

Nitish takes oath as Bihar CM for 8th time

Nitish Kumar meets Governor, submits resignation as CM
Nitish Kumar, who went to Raj Bhavan alone, announced his resignation to the waiting media after coming out. "I was the chief minister of Bihar. Now, I have given my resignation from the post of Chief Minister," he said. Asked about the dispute between him and BJP, he left the question unanswered. Earlier, addressing a meeting of lawmakers of his Janata Dal-United, Nitish Kumar, sources said, levelled allegations against the BJP, saying it was conspiring against him and trying to influence JD-U MLAs to rebel against him.

In the video, he says that many students like him could not return home due to expensive air tickets. Ankit also mentions that they are trapped in war zone. He says the Russian armed forces are advancing in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv and explosions can be heard frequently in region where he is staying.
