Kareena Kapoor recently sat down to have a conversation with Twinkle Khanna that was shared online by Tweak’s YouTube channel. During the conversation, Twinkle asked Kareena about her experience while working with her husband, Akshay Kumar.

In the promotional event of her newly released web series Kaun Banegi Shikharwati, Lara Dutta was asked to share the habits of her co-stars which still haven't changed over the years. Talking about the weird habit of her movie Partner’s co-star Salman Khan, Lara Dutta revealed that “He still calls post midnight, Salman tabhi udhta hai, uske phone calls tabhi aate hain (Salman wakes up at midnight, his phone calls come post midnight)."

During a conversation, host Kapil Sharma asked Akshay's thoughts about the new age actors. Answering the same, he said that the new generation of actors are more prepared. "I think these guys are more prepared. When we entered the industry, we did not have so much preparation. We were learning with experience. We gained our experience by doing 60 to 70 films but, when the new actors entered the industry, they already had that kind of experience."

Not much is known about Akshay's role in 'Atrangi Re', which is slated to release on December 24 on Disney+ Hostar. Talking to IANS in a candid chat in the capital, Akshay said: "I am just a part of the film but this is actually Dhanush and Sara's film. They are the main lead and I am just a character in it. So, when this film came to me I liked the story."

The film is produced by T-Series, Colour Yellow Productions, and Cape of Good Films. Talking on the occasion, producer Bhushan Kumar said, "The world of 'Atrangi Re' is 'Atrangi' indeed! 'Prithviraj' is based on the life and valour of the Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan. Akshay is essaying the role of the warrior who fought valiantly against the merciless invader Muhammad of Ghor. This is our tribute to his heroism and his life.

The film has done business as per the expectations as its announcement for its theatrical release on Diwali had raised high hopes in the Bollywood industry. Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif starrer Sooryavanshi has earned over Rs 100 cr in just 5 days of its release.

The comedian Kapil Sharma recently shared an uncensored version of the conversation with Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif. The video captures Kapil Sharma praising Katrina Kaif for doing all household work by herself and learning to cook food during the pandemic. To check how well the actress is aware of the kitchen utensils, Kapil decided to take a short and fun test of Katrina.

Akshay and Katrina came to the show as special guests for the promotion of their film 'Sooryavanshi'. Kapil asked Katrina if there was ever a time when they had to do a retake in a shot: "While shooting with Akshay pajji in 'Sooryavanshi' you romanced and slapped him as well. Which scene had more retakes?" Katrina replied to this, saying: "There was no retake in the slapping scene, it was shot at one go.

"I used to sell Kundan jewellery. I used to purchase it from Delhi for about Rs 7,000 to Rs 10,000 and would come to Mumbai to sell it, which would help me earn a profit of Rs 11,000 to 12,000.
