WhiteHat Jr launches music learning course for adults

The new programme will offer music for grown-ups -- young professionals, parents and even people above the age of 60, the company told IANS. The new Perform With Music' programme has a specially-designed curriculum which will help learners practice contemporary music. It will offer opportunities such as virtual 'Jam Rooms' for music aspirants to practice and jam together.

Sharing the two-minute video clip on Twitter on Wednesday, Pichai said: "Always remember to unmute thanks @KermitTheFrog for joining us on @YouTube #DearEarth and chatting about some of our shared interests." The video was part of YouTube's "Dear Earth" series which aims to address climate challenges. At that point, Pichai realised he was on mute.
Samsung's One UI design to come on Windows laptops

The new design changes will appear inside Samsung's Windows apps like Samsung Notes, Samsung Gallery and Samsung Settings, reports The Verge. The changes are designed to match the mobile interface that Samsung's bringing to its latest Android phones, to make it easier to switch between the two. The main Samsung Settings app has been overhauled to better fit the design changes in Windows 11, with new app icons, menu layouts and more.
Google to let you request to remove images from search results

According to The Verge, the feature was originally announced in August (along with new restrictions of ad targeting of minors) but is now widely available. Anyone can start the removal process from Google's help page, the report said. Applicants will need to supply the URLs of images they want to be removed from search results, the search terms that surface those images.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra design revealed online

The new design was posted on Weibo, which, in turn, was scooped up by OnLeaks and shared on Twitter. It shows an purported plain black case for the Galaxy S22 Ultra with separate cutouts for each camera lens, reports GizmoChina. The camera module appears to be very different from early renditions. The upcoming series will enter mass production in November this year.

Tesla releases white paper on Dojo supercomputing platform

CEO Elon Musk teased the paper as "more important than it may seem", reports Electrek. In the abstract, the automaker is describing a new standard to work with its computing platform. "This standard specifies Tesla arithmetic formats and methods for the new 8-bit and 16-bit binary floating-point arithmetic in computer programming environments for deep learning neural network training," according to the report.
Amazon building Clubhouse competitor that turns hosts into DJs

According to The Verge, this project's goal is to democratise and reinvent the radio. The app will be focused on the US initially. Listeners will be able to tune in through the app as well as through Audible, Amazon Music, Twitch and Alexa-equipped devices. With the Alexa devices, listeners will be able to interact with shows using just their voice. The app experience will also be optimised for the car, playing into Amazon's idea of trying to reinvent radio.

Snapdragon announces four new chipsets

The Snapdragon 778G Plus is an overclocked Snapdragon 778G with support for Qualcomm FastConnect, while the Snapdragon 695 brings support for both sub-6GHz and mmWave 5G networks as well as 120Hz refresh rates for HD+ screens. The Snapdragon 480 Plus is a new entry-level 5G chipset that represents a small speed bump over the Snapdragon 480.
