Apple has most loyal smartphone users in US: Report
According to research group CIRP, a vast majority of Apple's iPhone customers stick with the platform, with the company estimated to have curated the highest brand loyalty out of any smartphone manufacturer operating in the US. The report said that the calculation was based on the per cent of new iPhone customers who upgraded from a previous iPhone model.
Meta acquires developer behind VR fitness app 'Supernatural'
According to TechCrunch, Supernatural has been one of the real success stories in virtual reality fitness, with movement-based high-impact cardio exercises. It is a sensible acquisition as the company looks to broaden its VR and other ambitions into a kind of metaverse, the report said. "We are excited because our partnership with Meta means we will have more resources to expand and bring you even more music, more creative ways to workout, more features and more social experiences for VR," Within CEO Chris Milk and Head of Fitness Leanne Pedante wrote in a blog post.
Google unable to meet Pixel 6 Pro demand: Report
According to GizmoChina, a new banner has now been put into place atop the Pixel 6 Pro page on the Google Store website. "Due to high demand, some Pixel 6 Pro models may be out of stock or have long delivery times," it reads. "Get notified when they're back in stock, or check out other authorised retailers who may have them available," it added. Underneath the banner, you get a couple of buttons, one of which is for joining the waitlist and the other to see other retailers you can try to get the phone from instead.

iOS users can now Super Follow on Twitter
The feature, first released in September and only available in the US and Canada, allows users to monetise their Twitter account and create exclusive content through monthly subscriptions. Twitter first announced Super Follows in February and rolled it out to select creators in September, reports The Verge. Within the first two weeks, subscribers had contributed around $6,000, according to SensorTower.
Google announces new features for user's safety, security
The company said that users should be able to choose the privacy settings that are right for them, with controls that are easy to use and understand. "Back in May, our Photos team introduced Locked Folder on Pixel - a passcode-protected space where you can save photos and videos separately, so they won't show up as you scroll through Google Photos or any other apps on your device," the company said in a blog post.

Twitter to let its Blue subscribers try new features early
According to The Verge, Twitter regularly tests new features ahead of their official rollout, but now, the company is creating a new way for some people to check out new features before everyone else. Features in Twitter's programme include pinned conversations on iOS, which lets you pin DM conversations to the top of the list, and the ability to post longer video uploads from a desktop computer.
Facebook's Oculus Quest will soon be called Meta Quest
According to The Verge, Meta, formerly known as Facebook, is rebranding its hardware to match its new name. Meta CTO Andrew Bosworth announced that the company is phasing out its Oculus branding, including on the Oculus Quest virtual reality headset.
