Defence Minister Issues Stern Warning: Pakistan Placed on Probation

Speaking to the soldiers, Singh added, "Like any chronic offender, we have placed Pakistan on probation. Ceasefire is no more a suspension of activity. If Pakistan does not reform itself and becomes involved in misadventures again, our forces will give it a strong drubbing. Again!"

On his visit to the Indian Air Force base at Bhuj, Gujarat, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh made a stern warning to Pakistan that the nation has been given a temporary respite but will suffer dire consequences if they again start terror activities.

Speaking to the soldiers, Singh added, "Like any chronic offender, we have placed Pakistan on probation. Ceasefire is no more a suspension of activity. If Pakistan does not reform itself and becomes involved in misadventures again, our forces will give it a strong drubbing. Again!"

He reiterated that the "New India" would brook no danger to its sovereignty and would act firmly against any hostility.

Praising the troops for the success of Operation Sindoor, he had defined the 'sindoor' as a symbol, not of decoration, but of courage and resolve to destroy those who endanger India.

Singh also pointed towards India's increasing self-sufficiency in defense production, pointing out that India has moved from the position of a large importer of weapons to the role of an exporter of indigenous weapons.

"The world has seen India's military power after Operation Sindoor," he said.
