US Vice President J.D. Vance, his wife Usha Vance, and their three children left for Washington on a special flight from Jaipur International Airport on Thursday. The Vance family had reached Jaipur from Delhi on Monday evening.
On their visit, they visited prominent sites, such as the Amber Fort in Jaipur on Tuesday, then a lecture on the relationship between India and the US, which Vance made at a program. On Wednesday, they headed to Agra to see the legendary Taj Mahal before coming back to Jaipur.
The Vances left for India earlier in the week, beginning with a tour of the Akshardham Temple in Delhi. They also met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence in the capital.
