Operation Sindoor was just trailer, world will see full picture when time comes, Says Rajnath Singh

"Operation Sindoor is not completed. What the world saw was just a trailer. When the time comes, Indian armed forces will show the full picture," Singh spoke to air warriors and security personnel at Indian Air Force base Bhuj, Gujarat.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Friday stated that Operation Sindoor was merely an initial demonstration, assuring that Indian armed forces would unveil the entire extent of their capabilities at the right time.

"Operation Sindoor is not completed. What the world saw was just a trailer. When the time comes, Indian armed forces will show the full picture," Singh spoke to air warriors and security personnel at Indian Air Force base Bhuj, Gujarat.

In a harsh communiqué addressed to Pakistan, Singh criticized the nation for hosting terror groups on its soil and insisted that Pakistan had been forced to account for the sweeping might of the BrahMos missile.

"While habitual offenders are kept under close watch, we have put Pakistan under probation. The ceasefire is not a pause in action. If Pakistan continues to indulge in mischief and further misadventures, our forces will give them a good and firm response—again!" he cautioned.

Singh made his sharp comments while he was on a visit to the airbase with Air Chief Marshal AP Singh, where he praised the personnel for their contribution to the success of Operation Sindoor.

Quoting a popular aphorism, the Defence Minister exclaimed, "There is an old saying in our country, 'Din mein taare dekhna' (seeing stars during daytime). The Made-in-India BrahMos missile lit up the night like daytime for Pakistan," prompting cheers from the gathered forces.

He complimented the Indian Air Force for acting so quickly, saying, "It took just 23 minutes for the IAF to disassemble terrorism bred in Pakistan. Your actions in Operation Sindoor have filled us all with a huge sense of pride."

Reminding India of its strong security posturing, Singh promised to end terrorism and pursue their backers into justice wherever they may be located across the globe. He stressed the country's new security philosophy, with retaliatory measures holding sway over amnesty towards actors aiming to imperil India's safety.

In speaking to the military personnel, he stated, "Through Operation Sindoor, you have proven that 'Sindoor' means not merely beautification, but your gallantry and unyielding resolve.

Secondly, the Defence Minister criticized the International Monetary Fund's (IMF) move to provide financial assistance to Pakistan under the Extended Fund Facility program, criticizing that most of the assistance would be utilized in sponsoring terror infrastructure.

"Pakistan will probably invest a lot of IMF funds in terror networks inside the country," Singh said.

The IMF has just released the second instalment of $1.023 billion to Pakistan, a nation highly reliant on the bailout to sustain economic stability.
