In a shocking revelation, Aaftab Amin Poonawala has reportedly stated that he didn't feel bad about killing his live-in partner Shraddha and chopping her dead body into 35 pieces.
Quoting a police source, Dainik Jagran reported that Aaftab, during the polygraph test, said that even if he is hanged for the murder of Shraddha, he would not be sorry since he will be remembered as a hero when he enters paradise and will be offered ‘Hoors’ in ‘Jannat'.
Aftab further admitted to having affairs with over 20 Hindu girls during his relationship with Shraddha, according to the report.
Aaftab who allegedly killed Shraddha Walkar on the 18th of May this year had used the Bumble app to lure Shraddha and other Hindu women. According to the police source, Aaftab had also invited a psychologist who was a Hindu, to his apartment, after killing Shraddha Walkar. Poonawala also admitted to giving her a ring which originally belonged to Shraddha, in an attempt to lure her into the relationship.

During the questioning, Aaftab also told the police that he had plans to kill Shraddha in Mumbai itself. The Dainik Jagran report further quoted its police source as saying that Delhi Police has recovered five knives from Aftab's residence after this polygraph test.
Shraddha's ring has also been recovered from Aaftab's rented apartment, according to media reports. Poonawala has recently undergone a polygraph test at the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL), Rohini in New Delhi. The reports of the test are yet to be released.

On the 18th of May 2022, Shraddha Walkar was allegedly killed by her live-in partner Aaftab. He strangled her to death, chopped her body into 35 pieces with the help of a hacksaw, stored them in a 300-liter fridge, and took nearly 18 days to dump the body parts across Mehrauli forest in Delhi.
