Given that the candidates will have to write only one exam, the CUET is expected to reduce financial burden on parents of the aspiring students.
Applications begin in the first week of April.

The central government has effectively done away with the admissions which were based on class 12th marks across boards. Given the difference in evaluation methods across boards, the cutoff marks has reached full 100 in a total of 10 programmes across 7 DU colleges.
