JEE-Advanced Results Declared: Rajit Gupta Secures Top Rank in IIT Entrance

Being the All India Rank 1 topper, Rajit was met with representatives of the media who were keen to know about his daily life, success mantra, and future goals.

The official result of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2025 was announced on Monday. Kota's Rajit Gupta bagged the much-desired All India Rank 1, scoring a whopping 332 marks out of a possible 360 marks in this competitive examination.

Being the All India Rank 1 topper, Rajit was met with representatives of the media who were keen to know about his daily life, success mantra, and future goals.

Rajit had previously achieved a perfect 100 percentile in both JEE Main 2025 sessions. By claiming the AIR 1 rank, he has solidly placed himself among India's most brilliant young minds.

Telling IANS, Rajit spoke, "I was completely committed to cracking JEE Advanced. I would make a daily target of covering a particular portion of the syllabus and studied with complete sincerity. Each topper does this, and that is the secret—constant effort."

When asked about the secret of his success, Rajit replied, "You simply have to remain committed and do your homework in time. There are no shortcuts. With discipline and regularity, success is bound to follow."

He also shared his intention to take Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Bombay, a favorite among top rankers.

When inquired about coping with the pressure while preparing, Rajit suggested that aspirants strike a balance by doing things that relax them.

"Spend time with your parents, travel every now and then, speak to friends, and play sports. These activities alleviate pressure and keep you mentally fresh."

Sharing his study routine, Rajit explained, "I was flexible with my schedule but ensured that I studied for at least seven hours daily. I spent equal time for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics to balance everything." 

Motivating future candidates, he further said, "I started preparing from Class 6. If I did it, you can do it too. Just remember—hard work is not an option. There's no going out of it."

Meanwhile, JEE Advanced 2025 appear candidates can now download their scorecards and final answer keys from the official portal jeeadv.ac.in.

This year's test was held on May 18 in the form of a computer-based test (CBT) with two papers each of 180 marks. The final merit list was drawn from combined scores in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry with subject-wise and overall qualifying marks determining suitability for the Common Rank List (CRL).
