Israel's President, Isaac Herzog, delivered a resolute message from Hostage Plaza, emphasizing unwavering support for the families of the hostages. Standing in solidarity with the nation, Herzog declared, "Bringing back the hostages transcends any debate or disagreement; a united nation stands with you around the obligation to return all the hostages home."

Addressing the families' plea for continued mobilization, Herzog acknowledged the distressing reality faced by the hostages during the "100 Days of Hell" rally. "One hundred long days of captivity, solitude, held cruelly in the dark without medical care. One hundred days of worry, fear, and uncertainty. The heart of an entire nation beats together with you, beloved families," he empathetically expressed.

Reiterating the crucial message that the families are not alone, Herzog affirmed, "An entire united nation stands together with you around the obligation to return all the hostages home and restore security for all Israeli citizens." Stressing the moral imperative transcending debates, he highlighted the profound responsibility of the people and the state.

In a commitment to keep the hostage issue at the forefront of public and global attention, Herzog pledged, "The issue of the hostages must not fall off the public and global agenda, and I pledge to continue working towards this in any way possible and with all means at my disposal. For our sake and theirs."
