The leader of the Ra’am party, M.K. Notably, this missive carried the weight of signatures from Nobel Prize laureates and legal experts, all united in their plea for the immediate release of those held captive in Gaza.
The backdrop of this plea is the tragic aftermath of the October 7 attacks by Hamas, resulting in the kidnapping of 30 children. Among them, heartbreaking accounts include a nine-month-old baby, a three-year-old girl, and an eight-year-old boy.
Taking proactive steps, Mansour Abbas has taken the cause directly to influential leaders, delivering the poignant letter to the Emir of Qatar, the President of Turkey, and the President of the United States. His mission is clear: to shed light on the urgency of reuniting these innocent children with their families.
