'Develop elite force to fight and win wars': Xi Jinping issues new mobilisation order to Chinese army

President Jinping, who has been serving since 2012 as the General-Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party as well as the Chairman of the Central Military Commission, the country's highest defence organisation , issued the new mobilisation order for 2022 which has laid down the principles and fundamentals of training and exercises of the armed forces.

Nearly all the material is classified as confidential. One document containing three speeches by Chinese President Xi Jinping is classified as "top secret".
