A late surge by the Bulls with Bharat at the centre of it, sparked the stadium to life in one of the best games of the season. With this win, Puneri Paltan moved to the top spot on the points table. Billed as a clash between the Bulls' raiding power against Pune's strength in defence, the start did not disappoint. Despite a quick start by the Bulls, who matched the Paltan point for point in the early exchanges, the Paltan defence gave the impetus to their team a few minutes later.
PKL 9: Dabang Delhi KC register 30-27 win over Patna Pirates

In a game of defenders taking centre stage for both sides, Delhi's Vishal & Amit Hooda scored 5 tackle points each, while Patna's Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh set the record for the most tackle points in a single game (16 points) in the history of the tournament. Vijay Malik picked up a few raid points as the Dabang Delhi KC took the lead at 9-3 in the 7th minute. The Pirates were on the verge of getting all out, but they tackled Naveen Kumar and stayed afloat.

The Panthers tackled Rohit Tomar, soon after, and reduced the Yoddhas to just two members on the mat. Moments later, the Panthers tackled Surender Gill and inflicted an All-Out to take a massive lead at 10-3.

Maninder scored 12 points, while Shrikant Jadhav chipped in with seven points for the Warriors in the match. After this win, Bengal Warriors are placed in the sixth spot with 42 points from 14 matches (7 wins, two ties) while Telugu Titans are at the bottom of the standings with nine points from 15 matches (1 win).
PKL 9: Playoffs and Final to be held in Mumbai from Dec 13

The announcement was made during the launch conference for the Hyderabad leg of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) Season 9 on Thursday. After the completion of two high-octane legs at Bengaluru and Pune respectively, the 12 franchises will face off at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium until December 10, 2022, to find a place in the playoffs.

Pardeep Narwal, scored a whopping 22 points to help the U.P. Yoddhas defeat Dabang Delhi K.C. 50-31 on the night. Narwal was off the mark with a flyer for the Yoddhas and Naveen Kumar picked up Delhi's first points. However, the early exchanges were keenly contested, with neither team conceding space, and the defences holding strong. However, the Yoddhas inched ahead midway through the first half.

The two sides played out a neck-and-neck contest and were locked at 5-5 in the 5th minute. However, the Thalaivas tackled Sachin, soon after, and inched ahead at 7-5. But Pirates' all-rounder Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh also showcased top form and helped his side level the scores at 7-7.

While Neeraj Narwal was looking to set the Bulls on their way, it was the Bengaluru side's arch-rival Siddharth Desai, who got the Titans off to a fine start. Desai registered the first five points for his side before Surjeet Singh became the second player for the Titans to get on the score sheet. The Titans had the edge in the early exchanges. However, the Bulls fought back with Bharat and Vikash Kandola leading the charge, edging ahead with a slender lead at the ten-minute mark.
