The first-half was a cagey affair with both Naveen Kumar and Arjun Deshwal failing to produce any moment of raiding magic. Delhi started the better side with their experienced defensive line-up charged up for the match. By the 10th minute, they had managed to reduce Jaipur to just three men on the mat. But Sahul Kumar produced a Super Tackle to swing the match in the Panthers' favour.

Captain Maninder Singh and Iranian all-rounder Mohammad Nabibakhsh will once again lead the Warriors who will be keen to maintain momentum after halting their losing streak. The match will be followed by Jaipur Pink Panthers' showdown against Puneri Paltan.

The star raider Naveen Kumar scored 25 points for Delhi, who were lucky to come out with a win after Titans' Rajnish founding gaping holes in the defence. The Telugu raider scored 20 points for the side. The result helped Delhi maintain their unbeaten run in Season 8 and regain the top spot on the points table.

With this win, Bengaluru Bulls overtook Dabang Delhi K.C. as league leaders with 23 points from six games. Delhi have 21 points from five matches. Puneri Paltan continued to languish at the bottom of the 12-team league with five points from five matches. On Sunday, Paltan had a great start to the match but lost their composure against an experienced Bulls attack.

Vikash Khandola and Meetu both scored Super 10s in the see-sawing encounter that saw Haryana race to a 12-point lead at half-time only to trail by three points in the final minutes of the match due to a 19-point performance from Gian's' raider Rakesh Sanrogya. But the team from Haryana kept their cool in the final raids to clinch an important win.

The talismanic raider Monu Goyat played scintillating Kabaddi, scoring seven points in a single raid in the match. Patna Pirates started with a bang, picking up raid points through Sachin and Prashanth Kumar but were soon found wanting more against Bengal Warriors' Maninder Singh. Maninder, the star raider, brought out his best as he left the Pirates looking for answers from all corners of the mat. He picked up points at will and overpowered all defensive tactics to return to his half in a jiffy with every passing raid.

Naveen Kumar picked up 24 points from 25 raids, his best performance in the history of PKL, as Dabang Delhi KC avenged their last season's defeat in the final with a massive 52-35 win over defending champions Bengal Warriors.

The lack of a quality raider despite promising performances from youngsters will be a cause of concern for the Puneri Paltan who succumbed to their second loss in three matches. All eyes were once again on Pune's Rahul Chaudhari but the showman, despite starting the match, was substituted for young Mohit Goyat by coach Anup Kumar in the first half.

It was yet another disappointing night for Pardeep Narwal who scored just 3 raid points from 12 attempts. The match started with Jaipur on the front foot. The season 1 champions, under the leadership of captain Deepak Hooda, kept picking up solid raid points while ensuring UP's Pardeep Narwal stayed on the bench. Arjun Deshwal complimented Deepak Hooda with five raid points in the first half as the Pink Panthers clinched their first all-out with three minutes remaining in the half to open an 8-point lead.

Bengal will only have themselves to blame after being given a good start by captain Maninder Singh who scored 17 points. Abozar Mighani's mistakes however proved too costly for Season 7 champions. Maninder Singh and Pawan Sehrawat ensured it was a day to remember for fantastic Kabaddi raids in a high-scoring first half where the Bulls matched the Warriors blow for blow.
