The supplementary charge sheets have been filed before Additional Sessions Judge Pulastya Pramachala of Karkardooma court, which had earlier questioned the time and date of the incidents in the two cases in February 2020. The court had raised query to provide concrete description of time as well, apart from date and place of each alleged incident and to submit synopsis with reference to relevant pieces of evidence.

According to the High Court order, Sisodia can meet his wife from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. tomorrow. Sisodia has been directed not to interact with the media in any manner and not to meet anyone else except his family. Furthermore, it has instructed Sisodia to stay away from cell phones and the internet.
