Asus has widened its laptop portfolio in India with the addition of two new Vivobook variants—the Vivobook S14 (S3407VA) and the Vivobook S14 Flip (TP3402VAO). Intended for youth professionals, students, and creators, these models marry performance and portability.
Both the laptops are equipped with Intel's 13th-gen H-series processors in their military-grade sturdy shells. The base model Vivobook S14 has an Intel Core i7-13620H processor, while the Vivobook S14 Flip has an Intel Core i5-13420H processor.
The Vivobook S14 is light at only 1.4 kg and thin at 1.59 cm, providing up to 18 hours of battery life using its 70WHr battery. It boasts a two-piece metal body and a 14-inch FHD+ screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio for more viewing space.
The Vivobook S14 Flip, however, introduces extra flexibility in the form of its 360-degree hinge that enables it to transition between laptop, tablet, tent, and stand modes. It weighs 1.5 kg and comes with a 14-inch FHD+ touchscreen display, stylus support, and Harman Kardon-tuned speakers with Dolby Atmos for richer sound.
Both models ship with Windows 11 Home, Microsoft Office Home 2024 (with lifetime use), and Microsoft 365 Basic, which comprises 100GB OneDrive cloud storage for one year. Both of them also sport Copilot-capable keyboards and immersive audio systems. "Consumers today want devices that can seamlessly shift between work and play," said Arnold Su, ASUS India Vice President of Consumer and Gaming PC.
The Vivobook S14 begins at ₹67,990, whereas the Vivobook S14 Flip is available from ₹69,990. Both laptops can be purchased on the ASUS e-shop, Flipkart, ASUS Exclusive Stores, and various retail stores.
