"I used to have lots of doubts in my mind on the shots I play -- 2-3 different shots for every ball even in red ball cricket. So that was something I realised I had to learn to control," said Rahul, who had last played a Test match in August-September, 2019. Rahul's failures in England in 2018, although he scored a century in the fifth and final Test at The Oval, had put a question mark on his ability to bat especially in the opening position.

Chopra now holds gold medals in javelin throw at the Commonwealth Games, Asian Games and now the Olympics, all at the same time. Bajrang's bronze medal took India's tally in the Tokyo Olympics to six medals -- two silver and four bronze.
Tokyo Olympics Golf: Narrow miss for Aditi Ashok as she finishes fourth

Aditi, who was placed second going into Saturday's fourth and final round, shot a three-under 68 on a wearther-affected day which otherwise was historic for the Indian golfer as she attracted lot of attention as she had finished 41st in the Rio Olympics five years ago. Nelly Korda of the United States, the world's top woman golfer, claimed the gold medal with a score of 17-under 267.
