Congress leader Acharya Pramod Krishnam met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday and extended an invitation for the foundation stone laying ceremony of Shri Kalki Dham in Uttar Pradesh's Sambhal on February 19. Krishnam, who contested the 2019 Lok Sabha polls from Lucknow on a Congress ticket, has been critical of some decisions by the Congress leadership in recent times. This includes the party's choice not to participate in the consecration ceremony of the Ram temple in Ayodhya on January 22.
In response to Krishnam's post, Prime Minister Modi acknowledged the privilege of being part of the sacred occasion associated with faith and devotion. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to Acharya Pramod Krishnam for the invitation.
