Upper age limit removed for all candidates in NEET UG

"It has been decided in the 4th meeting of the NMC held on October 21, 2021 that there should not be any fixed upper age limit for appearing in the NEET UG examination. Therefore, the information bulletin may be modified accordingly," top medical education regulatory body, the National Medical Commission in a communication to the National Testing Agency (NTA) on Wednesday.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has uploaded free video lectures for students preparing for JEE Main 2022 and NEET 2022 on its offcial website (nta.nic.in). These video lectures, presented by domain experts, are completely free of cost and  are designed to help engineering and medical aspirants . Students taking JEE Main 2022 and/or NEET 2022 can check and download the video lectures and free-of-cost study material from the NTA site.
UP Board exams in offline mode from March 24

The UP Board examination for Classes 10 and 12 exams will be held in an offline mode from March 24 to April 12. The Board officials have announced the detailed timetable of both high school and intermediate board exams in Prayagraj. Pandey further said that the examination schedule has also been made available on the official website of the board.
Amid evacuation of medical students from Ukraine, PM Modi says fee for 50% seats of private medical colleges to be same as govt colleges

This reaffirmation of decision by PM Modi comes after the decision was announced by the NMC in February that 50 percent of seats in private and deemed medical colleges will be available at par with fees of a government medical college seat of the state government or Union Territory effective from the next academic session.

The National Medical Commission (NMC) has allowed foreign medical students with incomplete internship due to the ongoing situations, including the Covid-19 pandemic and the Ukraine crisis, to apply and finish their apprenticeship requirement in India but with conditions.
Last date of JNU's prestigious full time MBA course extended

Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has extended the last date for its prestigious full time MBA course to March 10. Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of management and entrepreneurship is offering this MBA program.This two-year MBA program is highly popular among the students across the country. Officials said that, authentication of Mobile Number and e-mail address will be done only when candidates register. They have to enter OTP received at their registered mobile number and before submitting fees, they have to enter the OTP.
Parental consent not needed for offline classes in Delhi
IANS -
The consent of parents for attending offline classes or exams for students of class 10 and 12 in the national capital will not be mandatory any more. In an order issued by the Directorate of Education, the Delhi government has allowed all government schools to conduct offline classes and exams for students of class 10 and 12. The order says that the consent of parents will not be required to attend the offline classes for students.
O.P. Jindal Global University campus is now physically open for students

O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) in Sonipat, Haryana is excited to welcome its faculty members and students back to the campus after two years. The campus has physically reopened on February 27, as per its institutional plans in compliance with directives of the Haryana government. The campus was closed on March 6, 2020 due to Covid-19 and successfully transitioned to online teaching and remote working.
