SpaceX starting program to convert CO2 into rocket fuel : Elon Musk

Elon Musk was also named as Time's 'Person of The Year 2021' on Monday and the title was previously held by US President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. Musk is currently the richest man in the world and he is the founder of aerospace company SpaceX and electric car maker Tesla.

Elon Musk has said in his recent tweet that SpaceX will start a program that would take carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere and convert it into rocket fuel. The billionaire also said that this new program will be important for Mars. Elon Musk was also named as Time's 'Person of The Year 2021' on Monday and the title was previously held by US President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. Musk is currently the richest man in the world and he is the founder of aerospace company SpaceX and electric car maker Tesla. This is also not the first time the SpaceX founder has talked about his interest in colonising Mars.

The SpaceX CEO has always been keen on his idea of settling on Mars and has also said that SpaceX is coming close to orbital tests for the new spacecraft Starship, which plays a key role in SpaceX’s plans for space travel.

3. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) awarded Boeing and SpaceX six flights each to carry crew to and from the station after their respective vehicles gain certification, Bloomberg reported.
