Further, Peskov dismissed claims of Russia's alleged interference in the upcoming presidential election in the US as "absurd." He went on to rebuke the US for using Russia and President Vladimir Putin as political tools in a bid to suggest that only Russia-US relations suffer from this kind of thing.
