Former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran khan on Saturday, reiterated allegations of conspiracy to assassinate him. Addressing a rally in Sialkot, Khan said that he has recorded a video that has the names of those planning to kill him. He added that if something unfortunate happens to him then that video will be out in public.
"A conspiracy is afoot to take my life. I got full knowledge of this conspiracy a few days ago. The conspiracy is being hatched here and abroad against me in closed rooms. I have recorded a video about this conspiracy, naming all those involved in it. If something happens to me then the people will come to know who were behind this conspiracy," said Ousted PM Imran Khan in a Sialkot rally. He also added that he is considered as a roadblock by such people.
On Friday, in a press conference at his Banigala residence, Imran targeted the Shehbaz government and said that dropping an atomic bomb would have been better than handling over the leadership to the thieves. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman also added that he was shocked to see the thieves being foisted on the country. He also alleged that the leadership brought into power has destroyed every institution and the judicial system, and asked now which government official would probe the cases of ‘these criminals’.
Imran Khan had also warned the current Shehbaz regime that no authority could stop PTI supporters from entering Islamabad during the long march, to be held on May 20.

Khan has also blamed the chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa for playing a pivotal role in the ouster of PM Imran Khan’s government. In a podcast, the PTI Chairman had claimed that he was aware of the opposition’s conspiracy to depose his government in July, last year.
However, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has dismissed his claims and said that Imran is ‘poisoning’ the minds of the Pakistanis through his speeches targeting the state’s institutions.
