Although the Coronavirus' impact on the US economy has been profound, the result of the upcoming presidential election in November is likely to have a significant effect on the global economy in the next four years.

In North Carolina, the President won 49.83 per cent of the votes, while in Pennsylvania he garnered 48.18 per cent of the ballots. In the latest Hill/Harris battleground poll released on Thursday, Biden was leading Trump by three points in Florida, 50 per cent to 47 per cent.

At a drive-in rally in Philadelphia, one of the largest of its kind, Former Prez Obama debuted his first election campaign for the Democrat party nominee Joe Biden.

Trump attacked Biden and co. at a campaign rally on Sunday. He even maligned the active frontline scientists like Dr Fauci who are leading the fight of US with coronavirus.

In the early phase of voting, former Vice President Biden leads President Trump with 11 percentage points with some polls showing the Democrat nominee with15 percentage points lead. Elections scheduled for November 3.
