Maharashtra Minister confirms Devendra Fadnavis took 'revenge' by toppling MVA govt: NCP

NCP chief spokesperson Mahesh Tapase said Fadnavis had said a few weeks ago how he had taken "revenge" and brought down the MVA Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray nine months ago. "Now, Health Minister Tanaji Sawant has also confirmed that a whopping 150 meetings have been held since 2019 between Fadnavis and Eknath Shinde, plotting to bring down the MVA," he said.

RSS lodges FIR for 'misleading news items'

The FIR was filed at the Hazratganj police station in Lucknow. In his complaint, Dubey alleged that the accused persons deliberately maligned the image of RSS by publishing a report on February 14. This report was also circulated by a news channel. Dubey said that it is a "mischievously designed fictitious news based on unsubstantiated and imaginative facts" and issued a denial on behalf of RSS.

RSS calls BBC 'toolkit that spreads lies and propaganda'

In an article and cover story which will appear in the upcoming issue of the RSS' Panchjanya magazine, it accused the BBC of repeating an attempt to impose lies and propaganda after the Cambridge Analytica scandal. Significantly, BBC has been caught up in controversies for making the documentary which has been rejected by the Ministry of External Affairs, for "allegedly being a symbol of colonial mindset, propaganda piece, prejudiced and lack of objectivity", the RSS said.

Even the British have gone, but to remove the slavery that came due to social conservatism, the provision of political equality and economic equality was made in the Constitution. That is why, it is necessary to read both the speeches given by Babasaheb in the Parliament on Republic Day."
