Taking to Instagram, Priyanka shared a photo along with a montage video of her father, with a backdrop song of ‘jeena isi ka naam hain’ from the 1959 film ‘Anari’. It was sung by Mukesh. The film starred Raj Kapoor and Nutan.  In the caption, Priyanka quoted the lines of the song: “Kisi ki muskuraahaton pe ho nisaar, kisi ka dard mil sake to le udhaar, kisi ke vaaste ho tere dil me pyaar, jeena isi ka naam hain.”

Priyanka Gandhi visited a Lord Shiva temple in South Delhi's Defence Colony temple on the occasion of Parma Ekadashi and offered her prayers. She took to Twitter and said, "Today, on the auspicious occasion of Parma Ekadashi, took the blessings of Lord Shiva by offering prayers at the Shiva temple in Delhi. May Lord Mahadev bless all the countrymen."

About 25% feel Rahul will prove beneficial in MP, followed by Priyanka: Survey

According to the Opinion Poll conducted with a sample size of 17,113, which was carried out between May 26 and June 26 covering all the 230 Assembly seats in the state, 25.3 per cent people feel that Rahul Gandhi will prove more beneficial for the Congress in the Assembly elections in the state, followed by his sister and party General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, with 24.9 per cent people voting for her.  
Demolition of Dalit homes: People will teach BJP a lesson, says Priyanka Gandhi

"The families who had gone to work as labourers, their homes were demolished without giving any information. The houses built under the PM Awas Yojana were also demolished. The people of Madhya Pradesh will teach a lesson to the BJP government which perpetrated atrocities on Dalits, tribals and the poor," Priyanka Gandhi tweeted.

After the Karnataka elections, the AICC is focusing on Madhya Pradesh. Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge will chair a meeting with the party's senior leaders from the state. Sources in the Congress told IANS that the meeting would be held in the presence of Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.
