On the conclusion of his 4-day long visit to J&K, Shah tweeted on Monday in Kashmiri language using Devanagari script. He said, "I had the opportunity to pay obeisance at the Mata Kheer Bhawani temple shrine which is an inspiration not only for the people of Kashmir, but the entire country.
FIR against students for raising pro-Pak slogans in Kashmir
Police said two FIRs have been registered under the prevention of unlawful activities act (UAPA) against the students of SKIMS medical college and government medical college Srinagar. "Students of these two colleges raised Pro-Pakistan slogans after Pakistan won the T20 World cup match against India on Sunday," police said.

'Kashmiri Pandits asked to give undertaking if they don't take security'
Tickoo said a majority of Kashmiri Pandits have refused to give that undertaking. "We are told to give two rooms in our houses for security forces, maximum people have rejected that offer, but the surprising thing is that an undertaking is taken from them addressed to the concerned SSP that they don't want to take security. "There is a line in the end which says God forbid if something happens, it's responsibility will not be on the police or the government," Tickoo said. He said he has raised the issue with the IG Police and Lt. Governor, but so far there has been no response.
Nobody will be allowed to scuttle peace and progress in J&K: Shah
Addressing a public rally in Bhagwati Nagar area of Jammu city, Shah said, "The monopoly of three families is over once and forever. "I don't want to name them, but everybody knows them. They are today asking us what we have done. We have done what they could not do in 70 years. "We have given employment, empowerment and space to those who remained neglected in 70 years.
Amit Shah gives roadmap for restoration of democracy in J&K
Giving the roadmap for the restoration of the democratic process in J&K, which was stalled after the resignation of Mehbooba Mufti led PDP-BJP coalition in 2018, Amit Shah told a large gathering of youth here, "First the delimitation process will be completed after which elections will be held. This will be followed by restoration of statehood."

Amit Shah visits family of slain J&K Police officer in Srinagar
Immediately after his arrival here earlier in the day, the Minister drove to the Nowgam area on the outskirts of Srinagar where he offered condolences to Fatima, the slain officer's wife, his daughter and son. Following his visit, the Home Minister said in a tweet that the "entire nation is proud of the supreme sacrifice made by the officer".
Amit Shah begins three-day trip to J&K
This is his first visit to the Union Territory after the reading down of the Article 370 from the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir and also gains significance after the killings of 11 civilians in Kashmir this month. According to Home Ministry officials, he will chair the high-level meeting at 12.30 p.m. with heads of security and intelligence agencies at the Raj Bhawan here.
