'AAP govt scrapped tender for low-floor buses after DTC report exposed wrongdoings'

CM Kejriwal meets Delhi L-G for first time since raids at Deputy CM Sisodia's house

Delhi L-G receives complaint of financial irregularity against Kejriwal

The complaint has claimed that Kejriwal sold three plots for Rs 4.54 crore but showed on paper an undervalued price of Rs 72.72 lakh, said a source. "Arvind Kejriwal grossly undervalued and sold three urban commercial plots on a 100 feet road situated in a market in Bhiwani, Haryana, on February 15, 2021, at a market price of Rs 4.54 crores actually and showed it on paper at a grossly undervalued price of Rs 72.72 lakh," the complaint read.
Delhi LG to take legal action against AAP MLAs for allegations of corruption

According to LG office source, the action will be taken against AAP leaders - Saurabh Bhardwaj, Atishi, Durgesh Pathak and Jasmine Shah among others for defamatory and false allegations of corruption by them, attributed to his tenure as KVIC Chairman. These leaders of AAP have recently claimed that LG was involved in a scam during demonetization in 2016 and demanded a CBI inquiry.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has not clarified so far whether the Look Out Notice (LOC) had been served against Delhi's Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and 13 others. When approached, the concerned officials, wishing anonymity, said that "they did not have any information in this respect".

According to sources, accused No. 15 Arjun Pandey, who reportedly works for a TV Channel, was allegedly involved with the other accused in actively managing and diverting the undue pecuniary advantages collected from liquor licensees to the accused public servants. The CBI has not commented on the matter yet, and it is not known if the said channel has any role to play in this. Some posts doing the rounds on social media claimed that the channel head has alleged links with the AAP.
