According to Sameer Samat, VP of Product Management, Android and Google Play, Android 12 includes the biggest design change in Android's history. "We rethought the entire experience, from the colours to the shapes, light and motion. The result is that Android 12 is more expressive, dynamic and personal than ever before," Samat, said during the conference.

Some apps included an embedded customer support "chat" option. When researchers tried to communicate with the support teams using the chat, the replies they received used near-identical language. The researchers also uncovered a single server loaded with 167 fake trading and cryptocurrency apps.

According to Jon Prosser of Front Page Tech, for starters, there's a brand new music widget in the notifications bar, alongside newly redesigned Wi-Fi and Bluetooth toggles. There's also a new volume slider, redesigned notifications, a new clock widget and even a new weather widget.
