Three Indian players stay back in SL after testing Covid+

While the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is yet to issue an official statement on this, it has been learnt from sources that two players besides Krunal Pandya have tested positive. The BCCI had on Tuesday issued a statement regarding Krunal testing positive ahead of the second T20 International. Eight other team members who were his close contacts were isolated and did not feature in the last two T20Is which India lost.

Tokyo Olympic: China's Ma wins unprecedented back-to-back Olympic singles titles

Marcus Rashford to undergo shoulder surgery, confirms Manchester United

Rashford was due to report for pre-season training with United on Monday after having three weeks of holiday following England's loss in the Euro 2020 final. "Following consultation between Marcus, the manager, club medical staff and specialists, Marcus will undergo surgery imminently to resolve his shoulder injury."
