Pro Kabaddi League Season 8 set to commence on December 22

The league will be conducted at a single venue, stepping away from the traditional caravan format followed in the previous seasons, Mashal Sports, the organisers of the event said on Tuesday. "Keeping the health and safety of the players and all stakeholders in mind, this year the league will be held without spectators, at a single venue in Bengaluru, moving away from the traditional caravan format," said the organisers in a statement.

Following its cancellation in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the event was rescheduled this year to be held in October. Pak hoping team will get visas for the junior men's hockey World Cup

With Bhubaneswar set to host the 2021 edition from November 24-December 5, and Pakistan's junior men's team qualified for the event thanks to an invite by the Asian Hockey Federation after it was forced to cancel the Junior Asia Cup due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has already initiated the process to secure visas to its player with over six weeks to go for the event.
