Samrat Choudhary's Turban Offering in Ayodhya Marks Fulfillment of Vow

He nodded to confirm that he indeed had fulfilled his vow: Choudhary confirmed: “Absolutely, I had announced it in Patna on June 28 that I will go to Ayodhya and dedicate it at the feet of Lord Shri Ram.”

Starting with something bigger, on Wednesday, the Bihar BJP President and Deputy Chief Minister removed his turban in Ayodhya. He had arrived in the city the previous evening and placed his turban at the feet of Lord Ram—his headgear for the last 23 months. Later, he shaved his head and took blessings at the Hanuman Garhi temple.
